| Glenda
Roach Glenda Roach is a prolific painter whose creative impulses move her into many other areas including sculpture, collage and works in fabric. She is well known for her highly imaginative watercolors, which are detailed and vivid. She describes her approach in these words. " Art, whether drawing, sculpting, or painting is very much a matter of the heart and head working together. I have been taught the rules and now I enjoy toying with the rules. The fundamentals are such a must. Sound drawing is so important and the joy of creativity is the spice that makes my work my own. I satisfy myself when I create a work of art and if people are moved by a certain piece that is added pleasure. " Glenda is an award-winning artist who continually searches for new ways to extend her work. Contact Glenda at: glendaroach@cableone.net |

| Paul
Walsh Paul Walsh, popular painter of the Oklahoma Landscape, creates watercolor and acrylic works that sizzle with energy or create a soft mood for reflection. His view of painting is expressed in these words: Oklahoma is a rich environment visually for a landscape painter. I often worry about our modern lives disconnecting us from the land that nourishes us both physically and emotionally. As a child while traveling, I remember thinking about where dirt roads lead and often longed to stop and 'wonder' up a little creek. The feeling of exploration and awe is fragile and necessary to growth and joy. Paul has taught art for the past 37 years, 35 years of this at Sulphur High School. He is an award winning artist as well as a popular workshop leader. His works can be seen at Old Bank Gallery, Ada, Ok, Blue Apples Gallery in Norman, Ok, Debra Goldstein Gallery in Johnson City, TX and "J' Gallery in Fayetteville, Arkansas.
